WHERE DO YOU BUY YOUR ICE CREAM FROM?

We make all of our ice cream from scratch in-house.

IS EVERYTHING GLUTEN-FREE?

Our shop is 100% gluten-free, even our homemade maple
waffle cones.

WHAT’S THE BUTTERFAT CONTENT OF YOUR ICE CREAM?

Our ice cream falls into the “Super Premium” category for butterfat content. Depending on the flavor, the butterfat ranges from 15%-17%.

WHY IS YOUR ICE CREAM SO EXPENSIVE?

  1. We pay our employees a livable wage! Positions start at $12/hr + tips. With tips, hourly pay ranges from $20-60/hr.

  2. We donate 10% of our profits to charity.

  3. We’re 100% gluten free. Gluten-free ingredients are significantly more expensive than gluten-filled alternatives.

  4. We make our ice cream from scratch and churn in small, 1½ gallon batches. It’s not made in a factory, we actually only have one batch machine.

  5. Our ice cream is denser and creamier due to the high butterfat content and has less air churned into it.

ARE YOU EVER OPEN?

We’re currently open 4 days a week, with plans to add more in the future. We have a kitchen team of 2, very limited freezer space, and one small batch machine to churn all of our ice cream. It’s necessary for us to close a few days a week to restock our inventory. We prefer to grow our business in smaller, more manageable ways, and someday we hope to be open 6-7 days a week.

WHY DON’T YOU HAVE MORE SEATING?

This is the space we’ve got, and we’re doing the best we can with it. We do have a small patio outside during the warmer months though!

We are proudly woman-owned.

ARE YOU OPEN YEAR-ROUND?

Every season is ice cream season! We modify our hours in winter, but our shop is open year-round.
